New Brian Epstein Movie Coming

Variety reports that there is going to be a film made about Brian Epstein’s life. It’s going to be called “A Life in A Day”. Hmm, that title sounds familiar-ish but backwards. Producer David Permut is currently attempting to secure the rights to the Beatles music for the film. The film is said to concentrate on the early years of the Beatles forming. The film hasn’t begun shooting yet.

I don’t think I like this idea… it seems like It’s only going to be made for the popularity gaining from the other Beatle things popping up these days that true fans normally don’t actually enjoy, and I’d hate to see who they choose as the actor. And I’m sure they’ll exaggerate the fact that he was gay (not that it was a bad thing, but that wasn’t the main thing about him), for the drama of the movie, etc…
